Purchases made on this website can be returned up to 30 days after receipt.
Condition of the item (second-hand clothing)
You are welcome to try on the item as you would in a physical store. We do not accept returns of items that have been used beyond ordinary trying on.
Important: Seal (price tag)
The price tag serves as our seal and identification. If you wish to be eligible for a full refund, the price tag must be intact.
If the price tag is removed or broken, the refund may be fully or partially reduced due to impairment of value, as the item is generally considered to have been used beyond ordinary trying on.
Newly produced items
Newly produced items must be in unused packaging upon return.
Return in store
Online purchases are primarily handled via the return portal. If you wish to return an item to one of our stores, please contact us in advance at online@pragcopenhagen.com.
Easy returns (via return portal)
You are generally responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
We offer a return label via our return portal; prices and terms will be shown in the return portal at the time of creating the return. (No printer necessary.)

Refund
You will automatically receive an email when we have processed the refund. It may then take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on bank/card issuer).
