1. Customer service
We prefer inquiries by email to online@pragcopenhagen.com, as pragcopenhagen.com is a web sales portal.
2. Conclusion of agreement
Display of goods and prices on pragcopenhagen.com is not a binding offer, but an invitation to make an offer. When you place an order, it is a binding offer to PRAG. A binding agreement is only concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.
3. Prices, payment and security
3.1 All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and incl. VAT, unless otherwise stated.
3.2 You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.
3.3 We will not debit the amount until the item has been shipped (unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of order).
3.4 Payment is made via an approved payment gateway with an encrypted connection (SSL). PRAG does not receive your card details.
3.5 We reserve the right for printing/typing errors, pricing errors, sold-out/discontinued items and delivery failures. In such cases, we may cancel the order in whole or in part. You will then be informed, and any payment will be refunded.
4. Delivery and shipping
4.1 Expected delivery time is indicative and is shown at checkout as well as in tracking when the order has been shipped.
4.2 Shipping prices, delivery methods and any free shipping limits are shown at checkout and may vary depending on delivery method, destination and campaigns.
4.3 The risk of the item passes to you when the item is delivered to you (i.e. when you have received it).
4.4 Delivery without receipt: If you (or your carrier profile) choose to have the package left in a specific place without a receipt, the item is considered delivered when the carrier has left the package as agreed.

4.5 We cannot guarantee that the carrier will follow a note on the door; delivery is made according to the carrier's practice.
4.6 Uncollected packages / refused acceptance
If a package is not collected from a parcel shop, refused acceptance, or returned to us for reasons not attributable to us, we may offset the actual costs incurred by us (e.g., return shipping and carrier fees). Any remaining amount will be refunded.
5. Right of withdrawal (30 days)
You can cancel your purchase within 30 days after the day you receive the item.
5.1 How to withdraw
You can withdraw by:
using our return portal (recommended), or
sending an e-mail to online@pragcopenhagen.com with the subject line “Right of Withdrawal” (please state order number).
You can also use the standard withdrawal form in section 5.6 (optional).
5.2 Returns and costs
You are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We offer a return label via our return portal; the price and terms are shown in the return portal at the time of creating the return.
Items sent freight collect (postage unpaid) or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Return items must be sent with delivery directly to our return address. We do not pick up packages sent to parcel shops or post offices, and we do not accept packages sent freight collect or cash on delivery.

5.3 Condition of the item, second-hand clothing, and depreciation
You may examine and try on the item as you would in a physical store. If the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and function, you may be liable for any depreciation, which we may deduct from the refund.
Please note that we sell second-hand clothing, and therefore, the assessment of use/handling cannot always be based solely on minor traces in the material.
5.4 Sealing (price tag) and return
Our price tag serves as a seal and identification of the item. You are welcome to try on the item, as in a physical store, but if you want the possibility of a full refund upon return, the seal must remain intact.
If the seal is removed or broken, we cannot treat the item as a return in the same trial condition, and we will generally consider the item as having been used beyond normal trying. This may lead to depreciation, and the refund may therefore be wholly or partially reduced, depending on our ability to resell the item.
5.5 Refund
We will refund payments for the returned item(s), including any standard delivery (not any additional cost for special delivery choices), no later than 14 days after we have received your notification of withdrawal.
However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or you have provided documentation that the item has been shipped – whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method as used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Once the refund has been processed by us, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account (depending on the bank/card issuer).

6. Complaints (defects and errors)
6.1 You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act's rules for consumer purchases.
6.2 Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the error. A complaint within 2 months is normally considered timely.
6.3 Contact us at online@pragcopenhagen.com and provide the order number, a description of the problem, and preferably photos.
6.4 In the event of a justified complaint, we will remedy the situation according to the rules, e.g., by repair, exchange, price reduction, or refund, depending on the situation.
7. Complaint guidance
If you wish to complain, please first contact us at online@pragcopenhagen.com.
If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to Nævnenes Hus / the Consumer Complaints Board.
For cross-border online purchases, the EU's online dispute resolution platform (ODR) can be used.
8. Newsletter and marketing
You will only receive newsletters if you have actively signed up. You can always unsubscribe via the link in the newsletter.
9. Personal data (brief privacy info)
We process your personal data to fulfill your order, deliver goods, handle returns/complaints, and comply with legal requirements (e.g., accounting).
Information: name, address, e-mail, phone, order details, payment/transaction reference (not card data), delivery details.
Recipients/data processors: payment provider, shipping providers, webshop/IT operations, and other suppliers who assist us with operations and delivery.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure (where possible), restriction, objection, and data portability.

10. Cookies
We use cookies to make the webshop function and (if you accept) for statistics and marketing. Non-essential cookies are only set if you give consent via the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent via the cookie settings on the site.
11. Governing law
Purchases made on pragcopenhagen.com are subject to Danish law.
